New Digs
After more than eight years in the same office in SPU's Lower Weter, I moved to a new office on the third floor, with a window (a big window).
It's been interesting to see the the troupes that come and go through Martin Square below. Fridays tend to have a never-ending series of campus tours with students and parents. Today, a bluegrass band called the Carter Family (no, not that Carter Family, i.e., June Carter). Parents and a host of their fiddling children spent the lunch hour serenading onlookers. Question: WHY do some people yak, yak, yak during a performance??
I wonder what my new view will hold once the new academic year begins.
