Where's Dave B.?

The King County Journal reported Wednesday on three teenagers who seem to be combining the best of Al Capone and Dumb and Dumber. Yesterday was the third of three similar incidents:

The three robberies are ``... what I would consider unsophisticated and random in nature,'' said Bellevue police Officer Michael Chiu. ``These are obviously inept hoodlums. Why would you steal a wallet from a homeless man?''
