An Obit

I love the obituaries. I especially love it when I don't see one for anyone I know. I have also written a lot of them for Response magazine, when I was coordinating the Footnotes.

This morning, however, I read an obituary in The Seattle Times for a woman I once interviewed: Ellen York. I interviewed her for a now-defunct local business newspaper about dressing for business. An image consultant, she was so helpful to talk to, and I always wanted to have enough money to hire her as my own personal What Not to Wear consultant.
